SUNFLOWER CLUBS 2008 Welcome back to some of you, and hello to our new club leaders! Thank you for attending this years training sessions whether its for the first time or to refresh our memories, but we are really excited to see the outcome of this years project. Eager to get it up and running again I will try my best to update this site and add on any of the resources that we feel you may need. A BIG THANK YOU and well done to all the staff, volunteers and children who helped make last term's Sunflower Clubs so successful. Although we didn't get round to all the clubs as we hoped, we did manage to visit most of the clubs and were extremely impressed with the dedication, imagination and creativity of the staff, not to mention the welcome we got from the children! We were included in painting, gluing and sticking (mostly ourselves), circle time, parachute games (the scarier the better as far as the children were concerned!!), cooking (the messier the better...) and many more brilliant activities. A special thank you to all those who attended the Celebration Day at the Arena. We were amazed at the enthusiasm and talent of the children in the activities and the feedback has been fantastic . We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did.
