**FREE UFA TASTER DAY** Monday 19th November 2007, 10.00am - 3.00pm @ Leverhulme Park Community Centre. A taster day has been organised for Headteachers/ Senior Managers and Extended Services partners who want to know more about the UFA, what becoming a partner involves and how setting up a UFA for children and young people can support organisational priorities. NEW PROFESSIONAL UFA FELLOWSHIP COURSE starting November 2007: For adults who support young people's learning - an opportunity to explore and try out the latest approaches to teaching and learning and share practice and work alongside adults from a range of backgrounds. REVISION - TRAIN THE TRAINER To equip adults from a range of backgrounds with course resources and the knowledge and skills required to deliver the UFA's Revision Programme (KS2, KS3, KS4) WHEN - Tuesday 15th January WHERE - Anderton Centre TIMES - 9.30am - 4.30pm COST - £100* *Course fee will be refunded to delegates who commit to developing a Peer Tutor Programme within their school or organisation during the Spring and/or Summer Term 2008 and provide some impact evidence. *The course is offered FREE of CHARGE to past or current FELLOWS (including L FACTOR Coordinators).
